Terms of Use

Let Me In ("the game", in Czech Pusť mě) is a game for iPhone published by xfanta and distributed through the App Store. By downloading or playing it you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which governs your license to use the game.

License

The game is licensed, not sold. You get a personal, non-exclusive license to install and play it on the Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms and the Apple EULA. The game, its pictures, video clips and sounds are proprietary; you may not decompile, reverse-engineer, extract, redistribute, or resell them except as allowed by applicable law or the EULA.

Food packs

Food packs (kibble and pouches) are consumable in-app purchases. Each purchase adds the stated number of servings to the pantry in the game on that iPhone, where they are used up as you fill the bowls. Servings have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and — like the rest of the game's state — are stored only on the device, so they are lost if you delete the app. Consumables cannot be restored on another device.

Full Pantry subscription

Full Pantry is an auto-renewable monthly subscription that keeps the pantry full for all your cats while it is active. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. It renews automatically each month unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions; you keep it until that period ends. Prices are shown in the App Store before you buy. If an introductory offer is ever available, its terms are shown with it. Restore Purchases in the game's settings brings an active subscription back on another device or after reinstalling.

Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple. To ask for a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com; we cannot issue refunds ourselves.

It's a game

The cat is virtual. Nothing in the game is advice about caring for a real animal, and the game is not meant to replace looking after one.

No warranty

The game is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Notifications are delivered by iOS and depend on your settings (Focus, silent mode, notification permissions); we cannot guarantee that each one arrives or makes a sound.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, xfanta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from the use of or inability to use the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

Changes

If these terms change, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date above.
